How do you take care of a newborn kitten with the umbilical cord still attatched?

I was bringing the dogs in and I heard a meow and saw the baby kitten with ants starting to crawl on it. I picked it up and wrapped it in a cloth. I'm not sure what to do next! PLEASE HELP! oh and it's 6:15 in the morning
