How to you get rid of fleas on newborn kittens?

I have three week old kittens that are covered in baby and adult fleas. I have no idea how the fleas got on to the mother cat but the fleas on the mother cat went on all 4 kittens. What can I use on these kittens that will take care of the fleas. I am going to try to wipe out the mother cat's fleas with flea medication but what can I use for the newborns?
