Size of Newborn Ghost Shrimp?

Hi, I have a ghost shrimp with green eggs underneath her swimmerets. Are they fertilized and what is the max. time it takes for them to hatch? Also, after they hatch and are free swimming, what is the size of the shrimp? Thanks for your help.
