My black ops disc is unreadable?

I've been playing for a while, and then my mom kicked or touched or did whatever to the xbox, and it made a weird whirring noise. Now, when I try to play black ops, it says disk unreadable,a dn sometimes I can play for a minute, then it freezes. What should I do?
