Breastfeeding and Pumping help please!?

So I breastfeed my 25 day old newborn and was wondering when and how often to pump to help produce more milk? My baby eats sometimes 3 times in a hour and sometimes I'm not too sure she gets enough cause of how hungry she's been. Also I want to know how and when to pump so that if my family wants to take her so that I get a break they have milk for her. I kind of think whenever she drinks formula she doesn't eat as good, don't think she likes it too much! Please help!
