Does any one know the laws in florida about smoking marijuana while pregnant?

I just recently stopped smoking and I'm 34 weeks. I smoked with my youngest she was fine and is the smartest one year old. But I can't remember when I stopped with her. But besides that I want to know if I'll be clean up till delivery time and will there be a possiblity they will take my newborn away? I live in florida and googled for hours and found nothing.
