I have a newborn baby mouse. Help with feeding!?

It still has it's eyes closed. I tried to feed it puppy liquid formula but I'm not shure it's eating. Is kitten or puppy formula best? Is powdered best? Should I delute it? And are those little smacking sounds its making it eating? I really want it to live. I need help :(
