Is it normal for 5 wk old to poop every diaper change?

She started off with Enfamil Newborn/Infant until around 2 wks old she became fussy. Then, about her third wks she started pooping every diaper change. It is like diarrhea poop! Her pediatrician said it was normal. But I may be wrong but it doesn't seem like a newborn should have diarrhea ever diaper change.
