What exactly does it mean?

I had a dream when I was 12 that I was in a hospital bed holding my newborn twins and my husband as smiling down at me. I didn't recognize the man that was supposed to be my husband. I'm 16 now but have oftened wondered what the dream meant? Other than that I may have twins with a really hot guy. Also, I've had other dreams more recently (I'm 16 now, 17 in sept.) and that guy played a love interest in them. I swear, I've never met him before in my life, my subconsious just thought him up, I guess.
